Remaining balance must be paid to seller upon puppy's pick up. If the puppy is being delivered, the balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to transportation. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees, such as fees for transportation, required health certifications, state and local taxes, and any other special requests.

SPAYING/NEUTERING The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by 12-18 months of age. The Buyer shall be responsible for scheduling and covering all costs associated with the spaying/neutering procedure. However, if a licensed veterinarian finds that spaying/neutering is not advisable due to the puppy's health or for other valid reasons, the Buyer shall provide a written record from the veterinarian explaining this exception. The Buyer shall not use the puppy for breeding purposes unless the Seller provides written consent to lift this restriction, and this may include additional costs and terms and conditions.

VETERINARY CARE The Buyer agrees to ensure that the puppy receives all necessary vaccinations, including booster shots, as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. The Buyer also agrees to follow the veterinarian's recommended deworming schedule. The Buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with vaccinations, deworming, routine care, and any other veterinary consultations or treatments. The Buyer has **48 hours (2 calendar days)** from the time of possession to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If any health concerns are discovered during this initial exam, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately. **After the 48-hour period has passed, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s health, and the Seller is released from any liability, financial obligation, or responsibility for any medical conditions or concerns that arise.** The Seller conducts a veterinary health check prior to the puppy going home and stands behind that examination at the time of transfer.

VETERNARY CARE
RETURN POLICY If the Buyer can no longer care adequately for the puppy, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller. The Seller will be given the “first right of refusal.” This means that the Seller will be given the opportunity to take back the puppy to locate a new home for it. If both parties agree that the puppy should be returned to the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they may not be entitled to a refund, and any costs associated with returning the puppy to the Seller are the Buyer’s responsibility. The Buyer should return the puppy with any provided documentation and records, including registration papers and health records. If the Seller is not in a position or unwilling to accept the puppy, the Buyer commits to making diligent attempts to locate an appropriate new home for the puppy. The Buyer also agrees not to transfer the puppy to a shelter, rescue organization, research facility, or pet store without the Seller's prior written approval.

RETURN POLICY
All Deposits and Payments are Non-refundable. Upon discretion of the breeder, it may be transferred to a different pup or litter to be used within 12-18 months. A certificate would of course be provided. I am always happy to work with people and want you to have the best pup for your family. Thank you for understanding.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
The Seller guarantees that, to the best of their knowledge, the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The puppy has received a health check and has been found free from any known diseases or illnesses. The puppy has also received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and other preventative health care measures. A health record, including vaccination and deworming history, will be provided to the Buyer.
The Buyer **must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a general health examination within 48 hours of possession** at the Buyer's expense. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee. If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately and provide a written report of the veterinarian's findings.
In the case of a confirmed serious health issue, the Seller reserves the right to seek a second opinion from a veterinarian of their choice to verify the diagnosis. The Buyer agrees to cooperate with this process. If both parties agree that the puppy qualifies for a return, the Buyer may return the puppy for an exchange of a puppy of similar value, if available. **No cash compensation or refunds will be given under any circumstances.** Any price difference for an exchanged puppy will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
This health guarantee **does not** cover minor health issues, common conditions, or treatable ailments, including but not limited to **Giardia, Coccidia, or other parasites**, which can be common in puppies. It is the Buyer's responsibility to continue routine veterinary care and preventative measures for the puppy’s overall well-being.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP Upon full payment of the purchase price, the Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the puppy to the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes to transfer the ownership of the puppy to a third party, the Buyer must first obtain the Seller’s written consent. The third party must agree to abide by the terms of responsible ownership outlined in this contract.

RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP The Buyer commits to ensuring the puppy receives proper care. This includes but is not limited to a safe and clean living environment, fresh water, food that meets the puppy’s nutritional requirements for its breed and age, and shelter from extreme weather conditions. The buyer also agrees to provide regular exercise, mental stimulation, adequate grooming, and routine vet checkups for the puppy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the purchase and sale of the puppy and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, representations, and agreements, both written and verbal.

By submitting this contract electronically, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that their electronic submission constitutes a legally binding signature, equivalent in all respects to a handwritten signature. The Buyer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract. This agreement is entered into in the state of Idaho and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Idaho laws, including but not limited to applicable provisions governing the sale of animals. The Buyer agrees that any legal action or dispute arising from this contract shall be filed and resolved exclusively in Canyon County, Idaho. Additionally, the Buyer agrees to be responsible for all attorney fees, court costs, and any other legal expenses incurred by the Seller in enforcing the terms of this agreement. This electronic submission serves as proof of acceptance and consent to be bound by the terms of this contract, enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
